Adam is Principal Environmental Engineer at Neilly Group Engineering, specialising in the rehabilitation of degraded waterways and gully erosion, design and monitoring of large-scale watercourse diversions and the engineering design of fish passage works. Adam has demonstrated success in delivering waterway diversion designs, stream restoration works, gully erosion remediation and fish passage works from concept through to detailed design for companies including BHP, Anglo American and Peabody Australia and non-government organisations including Cape York NRM, Terrain NRM, NQ Dry Tropics, Reef Catchments, Greening Australia and the Fitzroy Basin Association.
Adam is a Chartered Professional Engineer and a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland. He is proficient in site assessment, hydraulic modelling, design of works and the preparation of design reports, technical specifications and construction drawings for tender and construction. Adam also provides oversight during construction to ensure that works are constructed to design intent.
