• Teaming with SMEC on the Hells Gates Dam Feasibility Assessment;
• Collaborating with NRM groups throughout QLD to design remediation works to tackle gully erosion producing large sediment volumes that end up damaging the GBR;
• Helping develop the business case for Reef Catchments to obtain Federal Government funding for the remediation of Cyclone damaged streambank erosion sites on rivers throughout the Mackay Whitsundays region; and
• Working with mining clients to help address surface water issues they are grappling with.

After 6 months of growth, we welcomed Brett Twycross, our Principal Hydrologist and Flood Risk Engineer to the team. Brett’s hydrology and flood modelling expertise fit perfectly with my waterway engineering skills and together we form the surface water sector of Neilly Group Engineering. I look forward to working with Jason and Brett to grow the business further. I must also thank everyone for your incredible support on our journey so far.
